You know I’m always skeptical of nutrition articles in the mainstream media. Today I saw a headline on MSNBC that was titled “4 Common Foods That Cause Obesity and Their Healthier Alternatives”
“Oh, great”, I thought. “What now…” Red meat? Coconut oil? But you know what? They actually got it right! Well 95% right anyway.
The four foods to avoid?
I’ve posted about all of these things and you should avoid them, not just because of obesity, but because they’re simply very unhealthy and can cause many other problems.
So there you go, sometimes mainstream media does get it right!
