Today's 1% Change: Eat Your Superfoods

Maybe you’ve seen some of the headlines about Superfoods. Generally they’re about some exotic fruit or vegetable that’s been found to contain an amazing amount of nutrients or anti-oxidants. Like Goji berries, or Maca, or Cacao nibs. Usually they come from somewhere far away and have to be prepared just the right way to get their benefits.


But you know there are lot of superfoods right here close to home. You can go to your local Farmer’s Market or grocery store to get them. They’re called organic vegetables... and some organic fruits. It’s that easy.


Broccoli, red and yellow sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms, blueberries, cherries, spinach, sweet potatoes, avocado… the list goes on and on. They’re loaded with good stuff and you should be eating them every day, several times a day.


So go get some easy superfoods and enjoy!
