When you’re thinking of making changes to your diet, or starting to exercise, or simply becoming more active, there’s a whole spectrum of ways that you can approach the changes.
One is to go All In and make a huge change: Do a Whole 30 or 30/10 program to change your diet overnight. Join a gym or fitness center and sign up for workouts or classes every day.
But that approach doesn’t work for a lot of people for a lot of reasons.
At the other end of the spectrum is to make small changes every day. At the end of a month, or two, or three, you will have made a huge change from where you started.
I’m going to be posting some 1% A Day ideas so if you want to take the incremental approach, you’ll have some ideas that you can act on easily.
